SOLVED: User with no tabs

: One of our users has problems seeing anything in StarTeam. She sees the project/view folders, but there are no tabs in the two right-side areas. In the lower right area is the following:

: This is a new condition, but she can't remember if the problem is related to her changning computer or not.

Turns out the client activation key had not been entered after the re-install. When the evaluation key expired this was the result.
