Performing Code Review

We recently switched from SourceSafe to StarTeam.

We are performing code review on our changes at a regular basis. In SourceSafe we used revision labels named 'Code Review xx' on the reviewed files where xx was the revision number we had made code review to (using the difference tool). A small utility gave us a list of files we had still to review. It listed all files with a tip revision that was not reviewed but had a change since the last release label.

How can we achieve something like this using StarTeam without having to port our utility?

What about files that are shared to a different view?

I know how to see all the differences between the current version of the view and a view label. But I do not want to see the files that already have a code review label.

Thanks for any help,
Bernd
